They took a HORRIBLE beating without cracking/fracturing at all, before I could get to the mill and cut it off. Most carbide wouldn't have stood up to it! That got me thinking...Why not make solid ceramic end mills out of the same, VERY tough Silicon nitride? I searched for them.
